- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a customer of Barbara Herbach for over 20 years. I made the huge mistake of setting up auto pay for my auto insurance. I trusted Barbara that i was getting the most competitive rate through Allstate/her agency. I recently researched my rates and found she has been charging me $1,600 MORE per year for my car insurance than multiple competitive companies i received from Progressive and USAA. When i contacted her office to let her know, she seemed to already know and agreed that she cannot match that price...and has known that her rates were significantly higher. After 20+ years of being her loyal customer, in addition to my Parents who used her for house and car, and rest of my family has been customer of Barbara Herbach, I feel disgusted with her business ethics.
