  I have been a customer of Statefarm since the early 1980's. The office I was with closed and I was assigned the Palm City office. I had been with that office for several years. I recently had to make several changes to my multiple policies. In the process, I had to contact the office. The agent I generally spoke with was unavailable. I spoke to the Office Manager, Barbara Hughes. She was wrong in the information she gave me and continued to argue about it. When I proved the information was incorrect, she got all high and mighty with me and demanded that I change agents that very day. I requested that Frank Warren call me and she told me flat out that she was not even going to give him my information. I have never dealt with such a rude, spiteful, vindictive, nasty person in all my years of working with Statefarm. Trust me, be glad she is not your neighbor!

  Terminating my policy in about 5 minutes after I write this review due to the extremely rude service I received from a lady in this office while trying to make a claim in which both myself and my elderly mother were injured. She was abrupt, nasty, and did nothing but cause aggravation. I work in insurance and you should be able to answer a customer immediately and show empathy during a claim process, none of which this woman did. Shame on State Farm for employing someone who treats customers this way.

  Been insured here for over a decade. Barbie and the rest of the team have made it obvious that they're on my side. If my rate has gone up, I had a clear explanation why, but over the whole time I've been with them, it's actually gone down significantly. They've made me feel like family and I love the sign out front with the different quotes. I had no intention of writing a review until I saw some of the other ones.. As a business owner, it's tough to deal with the fact that you serve thousands of people on a weekly basis and the happy ones hardly ever leave a comment (like me in this case), but an upset client is so quick to pull the trigger on a review. I know one thing; they're good people here and they care.
